A campus, in one of the tier two cities of China, will be set up by Satyam Computer Services for cashing in on cash advantages. Projected to be about 75,000 sq. mt. (square meters) this campus will have a capacity to accommodate nearly 2,000 people, most of them being local talent. "As the middle kingdom is emerging significant in our de-risking plan of North America, we're exploring every possibility to ramp up operations in China", as per Virender Aggarwal, who is Satyam's Senior VP for Middle East, India, Africa, and Asia Pacific.
