Search Engine Visibility: What Good Search Results Will Do For Your Traffic

It's a well known fact that if your website doesn't show up on the first three pages of a search query you won't be getting any traffic or business from that search. Such a site is said to have low search engine visibility. 80% of the traffic goes to those on the first half of the natural search results on the first page. A recent eye-track study done on Google clearly shows that searchers spend more time looking at natural results than paid ones. Only 38% click on paid or sponsored results and searchers only look at the first one or two.
