Mary Poppins

“Mary Poppins” was written by Pamela Traver. Children always like to read books about magic and justice. These themes are well developed in the book. Kids always dreamt about the harmony in the whole world and were looking forward for the perfection. In this case I think children and adults look very much alike. The main character of the book is obviously Mary Poppins. Children love her – there is no word “impossible” for her. The miracles she performs are coming from some kind of mythology. Her supernatural skills make her goddess like. So kids are sure she has all the necessary powers to manipulate the world. Mary Poppins is almost perfect. She may easily control everything around her.
